Venison Tenderlion Vegetable Soup for the Soul. 

Today, I am taking a break from the technology world and making some good ol’fashion grandma’s venison tenderloin vegetable soup.   

Nothing tastes better on a 20 degrees below zero day.  We start venison tenderlion from this years hunt, butter, and white pearl onions. In the pot you plan to make the soup in add butter, one  minced garlic clove, and onions and sauté until tender. Then add the chopped tenderlion and brown.  

 While that is browning, chop cabbage and celery. Once tenderlion is browned remove pot from stove. 

Next we add cabbage, celery, some frozen peas, sliced carrots to the pot and add water to a level that is about an inch from covering the vegetables and two chicken bouillon cubes. 


Place pot on stove bring to a boil then cover and simmer for 1hr and 15mins. For the last 15mins add the chopped sweet peppers. 

Salt and Pepper to taste and serve.
